Florida Archery Foundation

Florida Archery Foundation is an educational and recreational organization dedicated to the mental, physical, and emotional health of archers of all ages. Providing a platform to connect and be inspired, we teach the skills necessary for a lifetime of Character, Confidence, and Community.

We are helping to build healthy humans. Honesty, integrity, leadership, sportsmanship, positive behavior, acceptance, and discipline are key components that comprise strong character. Strong character leads to confidence in any arena. Archery is an outlet with measurable improvement, helping to increase self-reliance, self-assurance, self-worth, and self-respect. Individuals with strong character and confidence create a better community. We encourage our students to give back to others, motivating them to become involved citizens. Further our programs reach outside of the local community, drawing others in, thereby having a positive impact on the local economy.

We offer several youth programs that include: KidSchool4Free, a program that introduces archery to youth participants in a no cost environment. Scholastic 3D Archery, a program that introduces 3D archery to youth and provides ongoing coaching support and opportunities for college scholarships. Basic Archery with an emphasis on Bowhunting, a specialized introduction to archery with components built in to teach participants the basics of bowhunting. Autism Spectrum, an archery curriculum specialized for youth on the autism spectrum. High Performance Development, a program for intermediate and advanced archers wishing to compete on a national/international level. Physical Disabilities, specialized instruction for those with physical disabilities. Outdoor Target Archery, competitive opportunities for those who wish to compete in outdoor target archery.
